Who we are

A dream, a calling, and a lot of volunteers

Hope Helps TN is a volunteer-run food pantry serving Hawkins County, Tennessee.

Our mission

Why we do this

To help people spiritually through their physical needs so that our community is greatly impacted for the glory of God.

That sentence is the whole of it. A box of groceries is rarely only a box of groceries — it is a chance to sit with someone, hear what is going on, and let them know they are not carrying it alone.

How we started

We started with a dream and a calling in 2013. However, it was February of 2016 before we began working on the space, and January 30, 2017 before we opened to the public.

Volunteer staff

Everyone who works at HHTN is a volunteer. They put many hours and lots of love into helping our community grow and thrive.

Every box of food starts with someone who gave

Hope Helps TN is run entirely by volunteers. Your time, your goods, and your gifts go straight to neighbours in Hawkins County who need them.
