What to expect
Make an appointment
Call to set an appointment on Tuesday or Thursday. Call (423) 530-7156 or come in to set your appointment between 10:30 and 3:00. Due to great need in our community, expect a small wait.
Show up on time
Due to our process, your appointment may take a few hours. Please plan for that when you come.
Be sure to bring ID
First-time clients will need to bring a photo identification. A list of other things will be given to you for your next visit.
Emergency food boxes
If you are needing food we will be happy to supply you with an emergency food box, along with an appointment, one time a year.
When we are open
We serve the public on three Tuesdays and all Thursdays a month by appointment. We are open for eight walk-ins the first three Tuesdays and all Thursdays from 10–12. All walk-ins will be worked in between our appointments.
